There will be two New Year's celebrations in Monrovia, the early-to-bed Noon Year’s Eve: 10 a.m. at Library Park, featuring crafts, music, and more; and New Year’s Eve Night, 10 p.m. in Old Town. DJ, dancing, and ball drop at midnight.
