City Honors Retiring Police Chief Sanvictores, and Welcomes New Police Chief Heath Harvey
Ceremony honoring Monrovia Police Chief Alan Sanvictores for his retirement from the Monrovia Police Department after nearly 30 years of service. And, recognition of Police Captain Heath Harvey, who is becoming the city's next Chief of Police. Harvey has served the city for 27 years.
