Dinner at Max’s Mexican Cuisine, on the north side of Huntington across from Target. Got the One Enchilada Combination plate for $14.75 and a beer for $6. Good and filling. One thing I particularly like about this restaurant is that any server will take care of you, and the service is pretty quick.

What meat do they use in the enchilada?
