Re-Roofing the District; Field Trip for Engineering Students; Rice Balls of Fire

At its next meeting (agenda here) the Monrovia Board of Education will consider ...

~ Authorizing the district to go to bid for district-wide roofing replacement.

~ Authorizing a field trip for Monrovia High engineering students to visit the California High-Speed Rail Construction Site and Fresno State University Engineering Department. Comment: Oddly, there is no mention of high speed rail in the itinerary; just viaducts.  Details. 

~ Contracting with Rice Balls of Fire to provide catering truck services for the district. Details.
