Starting Nov. 27, the City will begin installing three steel and fabric shade structures at the Library Park playground. There will be restricted access to the area until Dec. 18. The Monrovia Parks, Wilderness, and Recreation Foundation helped fund the new structures.
nice---maybe they can realign the big play structure so the slide is not constantly in the sun while they're at it!
