A Moment in Monrovia History: Women's Class at First Baptist Church in 1920

Women's Berean Class at First Baptist Church, Palm and Encinitas, in 1920. "Berean" is a reference from Acts 17:10 to the people of the Greek town of Berea, who were more noble because they "examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true." From the Myron Hotchkiss collection. See full details here.
