Plans to Turn City Historian's Two Homes Into Bed and Breakfast

At its Wednesday meeting (agenda: here) Monrovia's Development Review Committee will consider plans by Saxony Holdings to turn the two historic houses once owned by now-deceased City Historian Steve Baker into a bed and breakfast. The plan (here) involves adding two cottages, a pool, and removing an existing garage.
