Home of Dr. J.T. Stewart with F.W. Burr family, 1889. This home was built in 1887 at 117 N. Magnolia Ave., just north of the Aztec Hotel. The occasion pictured is the Burr Family's first Thanksgiving in Monrovia in 1889. The Burr's rented it from the Stewart estate until they were able to build their own home on N.
