The National Civic League has named Monrovia as one of 20 finalists nationwide for the 2023 All American City Award. Monrovia won the award in 1995. Communities are recognized for improving the health and well-being of young people and, by extension, all residents. The awards will be held in Denver, CO from June 9-11.
