Monrovia will participate in the Homeless Count coordinated by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority on Tuesday, January 24 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. Volunteers will cover Monrovia and other areas of the San Gabriel Valley to determine how many people are homeless.
