Planning Commission to Consider Child Care/Preschool at Foothill and Magnolia

At its next meeting (agenda: t.ly/w3XO) the Monrovia Planning Commission will consider a conditional use permit to operate a child care center / preschool at the southwest corner of Foothill and Magnolia. My Academy Preschool would be located in an existing office building and the site will be improved with a new playground, parking lot striping, and a designated student drop-off / pick-up area. t.ly/uIwC
