Monrovia City Council to Seat Shevlin as New Mayor, and Councilmembers Larry Spicer and Tamala Kelly

At its July 5 meeting (agenda: https://tny.im/2XYZA), the Monrovia City Council will seat the election winners (Becky Shevlin as new mayor and Larry Spicer and Tamala Kelly as council members).

Also, City Clerk Alice Atkins will issue a "Declaration of Vacancy"), meaning that since Shevlin won the mayor's seat, her seat on the council will now be open.
