The multifamily development planned for 127 W. Pomona, just south of the freeway, will cost $64.4 million and take 33 months to build, according to a press release from Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., which arranged the loan. The 252,100-square-foot community will feature 220 apartments, 7,050 square feet of commercial space and 357 parking spots.
