~ Consider how to reduce methane emissions, as required by state Senate Bill 1383. This means recycling of food, even for residences, and it is going to cost on your trash bill. The staff report says that, "Implementation of all the requirements that CalRecycle and SB 1383 imposed will be extremely costly."

Goodness, reduce water, yet more apartments are being built; reduce electricity, yet there is a push to electric cars that run on electricity; now reduce methane. I don't even know where to begin with that. Are we trying to be a third world country? Weren't there creative inventors who made our lives better, more comfortable?
