Local Water District Honored as 'WaterSense Partner of the Year'

For a third consecutive year, the Monrovia-based Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District has been honored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a 2021 WaterSense Partner of the Year.

The district received the award at the WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas for its helping residents and businesses save water.

The EPA highlighted Upper District's creative outreach efforts to promote water efficiency in 2020 despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. https://is.gd/M4mDEn
