Monrovia Woman Shot on Freeway Identified as Betty Hernandez, 36

The 36-year-old Monrovia woman who was shot on the eastbound 210 freeway near Baldwin Avenue Saturday morning has been identified on social media reports as Betty Hernandez, a mother of three young children. A GoFundMe page has been set up to pay for her funeral expenses:  https://is.gd/kh3MWw

Update: The Pasadena Star-News identifies the victim as Bertha Hernandez, and her age as 35.
