The National Weather Service is predicting Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph in the San Gabriel Valley from 6 p.m. Monday to noon Tuesday. "Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects."
