If you thought the front lawn was already pretty green, I don't think you're on the right page. I don't think it's talking about the color, but rather projects that:
- Reduce greenhouse gasses.
- Improve the "sustainability and function" of hardscapes and landscapes.
- Decrease air and water pollution.
- Reduce use of natural resources and energy.
- Increase the reliability of water supplies, and
- "Increase adaptability to climate change."

Good it's about time, that was rediculous having all the church cars parking on it, I complained over a year ago, and the district told me they set it up for cars to park in it, guess the EPA thought other.
