The LA Flood Control District (LAFCD) has juristiction over the Sawpit Debris Basin, Wash and settling pond area below the entrance of Monrovia Canyon Park. If they opened the appropriate valves, water would be diverted to the settling ponds.
Sawpit Wash. pity to see all that nice water rolling away.
