Monrovia's Staar Surgical, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of implantable lenses for the eye, has entered a multi-year strategic alliance with Dr. Tobias Neuhann of the Augenklinik am Marienplatz (Eye Clinic at Marienplatz) in Munich, Germany.
