According to this sign, it appears the unoccupied space in the building at the northwest corner of Myrtle and Foothill will be occupied by “Pari Passu: Cafe &Art” and by a Peets Coffee. Or does this mean the aafe will serve Peets coffee?

no direct knowledge but I'm guessing that the cafe will serve Peets. I can't imagine an actual Peets going into that location (not a lot of parking and with Starbucks x2 and Coffee Bean within line of sight....). I guess we will see...
