Monrovia City Council Race Now Uncontested - Only Choice is for Mayor

A lightly contested Monrovia City Council race has now become uncontested. Challenger Clifford De Costa has dropped out ( https://goo.gl/NEybTB ). The only contest now is on the mayoral side of the race, with incumbent Tom Adams facing challenger Mark Harris.
