At its Sept. 28 meeting ( info here ), the Monrovia Board of Education will consider giving Superintendent Katherine Thorossian an annual salary of $239,213 for the 2016-2017 school year, which includes $10,000 that is paid each year as long as her rating remains "above satisfactory" for the previous year. Plus annual salary increases and benefits.
