Hotel Coming to Southwest Corner of Myrtle and Huntington?

A possible buyer for the property at the southwest corner of Huntington and Myrtle wants to build a hotel on the site. At the Aug. 2, 7:30 p.m. meeting of the "Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency" (the City Council wearing a different hat), the city will consider selling the property to Tharaldson Hospitality Development for $2.8 million.
