Dinner at Cafe X2O, on the north side of Foothill just west of Melrose. I got the Lule Kebab, $11, a lightly seasoned ground beef roll, and a beer at the special Thursday half-off-with-a-meal price of $3. Food was good.
I have never seen a plate of food look like that, there. Weird! That's one of our favorite places, and it's more than "good;" it's truly exceptionally great! I wonder if they were having an off night in the kitchen...?
I'm glad it was 'good', but that is one of the most unappetizing plates I've ever seen. I can only think of one thing when I look at this picture.
