Monrovia drone-maker, AeroVironment, reports that the government's Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office is evaluating the company's new drone, named Tether Eye. The company calls it a 'virtual observation tower.' It is tethered to the ground with a special power cord and it circles and keeps watch around the point where it is tethered. http://goo.gl/WrRM5d
