Power is back on at 7:37 PM. I heard the explosion, actually more than one over a period of about one second, though one was louder than the rest. They were accompanied by the raspy 60 Hz hum of powerful arcing, consistent with a large peice of equipment, like a transformer, failing catastrophically.
ReplyDeletePower is not on Grand and aspen. Both people who have regular wire and underground are in the dark.
ReplyDeletePower is still out on Valle Vista 6:15a.m., Tuesday. Evidently myler balloons caused this outage. Estimated time for power has now been pushed till 3:30-p.m Tuesday afternoon!!!
