Monrovia Assemblyman Wants to Control Drones To Keep Bears' Heart Rates Down

Assembly Majority Floor Leader Chris Holden, who represents Monrovia, has introduced Assembly Bill 2148 to require the Department of Fish and Wildlife to develop guidelines for the use of drones over public lands managed by the department. His press release says that two years ago drones caused a stampede of bighorn sheep, and that drones have also "caused elevated heart rates in bears."
