A little blackout hit Monrovia about 5:40 this morning. Power at the Pavilions center was out, but came back on within a few minutes (I watched). Southern California Edison says it is analyzing the problem and should have it fixed by 3 p.m. but looks like everything is working now. https://goo.gl/o4X32G
