- Adopt mandatory design guidelines
- Adopt mandatory style guidelines
- Increase review authority over SFRs (DRC or Staff)

- Additional review/requirements for specific design elements (e.g. front porches, garages...)
- Garage placement/orientation

~ On Saturday, August 29, 2015, at 8 a.m., the bicycling group Move Monrovia is hosting its first "Fun Ride." Mayor Tom Adams will be riding, and everyone is invited. Meet at Library Park for a 3-mile ride down to Station Square and then back to Library Park again.

  1. These new rules can't come soon enough. Alas, it's too late for part of at least one block since one of the houses is getting 'mansionized'; the current setbacks grandfathered in.
