~ Additional regulations on "Buy-Here, Pay-Here" car dealerships will go into effect January after Governor Brown today signed a bill by Assemblymember Chris Holden, who represents Monrovia. Under the bill dealerships must provide a 5 to 10-day notification period before a remote kill device can be used to disable a car for lack of payment.
