I've had several people come to my house over the past few weeks claiming to be affiliated with Edison. Instead of saying that I owe money, they claim that I've been paying a tax on my bill and I'm due something back. I think they're just trying to sell solar or something though, as they are always younger kids that don't look like they'd be Edison employees. Don't know if they're a scam, or just trying to sell me something, but I always just tell them I'm not interested.
