Chalk Fest Coming to Monrovia

Monrovia Association of Fine Arts will hold a Chalk Festival on September 26-27 as part of the annual Celebrate the Arts in Old Town Monrovia's Library Park. Chalk artists can apply by writing to Frazgo Fraz at frazgo@msn.com.
