~ Monrovia Councilman Tom Adams questions the age of city water lines. http://goo.gl/2abZ9F

I have question Mr Adams you have been a council member for 20 plus years why hasn’t any of this been addressed during you’re tenure as a monrovia city council man.I notice you try to but a lot of blame on the current mayor of Monrovia about the infrastructure of the city but what about the 20 years you have been in office how does you being the mayor change this. For the last 20 years u had a voice as council man mayor pro tem. I think you are to blame just as every one on the city council over the last 15 to 20 years who set there and voted and also for the revolving door at city hall. You can’t blame 1 when there is 5 of u sitting up there.
