  1. Seems like a 'if you are afraid of the carts, then don't buy from them.' I sure appreciate the 'illegal' guys pushing carts full of popsicle treats at ayso soccer games!

  2. Memories made a cash payoff to the Catering Truck UNION of drivers who were told to stay out of Monrovia. They took the money and said OK. Haven't seen them since. Sure hope those nasty Cart Vendors aren't organized cause Monrovia will pay them off.

  4. The old misguided buddy/sweetheart/ I've got your back/ wink wink system of underhanded deals went bad when one side wasn't able deliver to the other side. All council members shared responsibility in that fiasco.

  5. Anonymous likes popsicles from illegal food cards, then Anonymous remembers a few years back when Monrovia barred food trucks from the city, then he remembers how the city had to pay out to the food trucks because banning them was illegal. Then Anonymous says he remembers who spearheaded this idea to ban food trucks, a city councilman, hence leading to a payout. Then Anonymous says that all council members were responsible for the ban and are responsible for the city losing the money to avoid lawsuit.
