Southern California Edison is reporting a 694-customer Monrovia power outage caused by rain. From the SCE map it appears to be in northeast Monrovia. It says it has identified the problem and is working to restore power. I am also reading reports of lights out on East Lime. http://goo.gl/kgQQJ7
