Monrovia Congresswoman Judy Chu Rebuked by House Ethics Committee

Congresswoman Judy Chu, who represents the top edge of Monrovia, has been rebuked for interfering with an investigation by the House Ethics Committee into whether some of her staff members used some of their time to do campaign work.
