The City of Monrovia reports that Magnolia Avenue will be closed from Evergreen Ave. (the south-side freeway access road) for two blocks south to Genoa St. from December 18 to January 5, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., for electrical construction. Detours will route traffic to Mayflower and Myrtle avenues.
