Monrovia's Jewish Federation Honors Leaders; Grease Bill Goes to Senate Floor

~ Assemblymember Chris Holden's bill to combat kitchen grease theft is headed to the Senate floor for a final vote. AB 1566 increases requirements for licensed haulers, raises penalties for stealing grease, and allows law enforcement to impound vehicles for up to 15 days. Holden represents Monrovia.
