Myrtle-Duarte Intersection in Monrovia to Open Five Weeks Early

The Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority reports that the grade crossing work on Myrtle Avenue is nearly complete, and the street will reopen by 7 a.m. this Thursday, April 17, five weeks ahead of schedule. To complete the final work (re-striping and realigning the traffic lanes), the intersection of Myrtle and Duarte will be fully closed starting tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9 p.m., through 7 a.m. Thursday morning, when both streets will be fully open.
