My wife and I had dinner at the Monrovia Chili's tonight, and this device was on the table. It lets you re-order (not your initial order) drinks, order dessert, play games (for $.99), read USA Today, and pay your bill. You cannot order appetizers or main dishes (you can preview some dishes), though it is easy to see that day coming. I suspect this will result in fewer servers in the long run.
