The Monrovia Historic Preservation Group's newsletter highlights this house, the latest to receive historic landmark status. It is a 3,000+ squaree foot Spanish Colonial Revival home on a 40,000+ square foot lot at 505 N. Alta Vista Ave., built in 1926.
