Lunch at Market Grill, in the little market at the corner of Shamrock and Colorado, where it dead ends at Recreation Park. Got The Mad Dog ($6.45) with a special pork-chili stew as the side, plus a small drink for $1.50. Plus tax. Always busy here. Wow! The stew, just a side dish, was both a lot and delicious. The dog was great, too. I like the grilled bun, plus bacon, green chili, grilled onion, and spicy ketchup.
