A Del Taco restaurant is under construction on Huntington Drive across from Target (You'd think that was Duarte, but nope, Monrovia). That, along with a Fast5Xpress car wash next door. Should be open in a few months. The Monrovia Planning Department reviews these and a whole bunch of other 2013 building projects, right here:
