The Monrovia Community Development Department reports that several people called police recently to report three old oak trees at a home on North Mountain Avenue were being removed. It turned out all three of the trees were diseased and a certified arborist had recommended they be removed. The owner checked with the city first and the city's arborist agreed that they should go, so sadly, the trees were removed. http://goo.gl/Mg02Ou
