The "bunker," outside and in.
If you have driven on the south-side freeway-access road between Magnolia and Myrtle (Evergreen), you may have seen this bunker thingy. A couple of people have asked me what it is.
Well, Planning Division Manager writes that it is "a drainage structure being built to accommodate and infiltrate runoff from the freeway to meet the new storm-water requirements."
