- Reorganize. In other words, decide what office each board member will take, like who'll be board president, VP, and so forth. I'm guessing current VP, Alex Zucco, will become president. This is before the regular meeting, at 6:15 p.m. http://goo.gl/9PF5ay

- Consider nominating board member Alex Zucco as a candidate for the California School Boards Association: http://goo.gl/HzTYUq

- Have a study session at 6:30 p.m. to "receive initial plans for development of the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan and Local Control Accountability Plan."
