Are We About to Get a New Monrovia City Manager?

It sounds as if the Monrovia City Council is ready to appoint a new city manager. It is holding a special closed-session meeting this Friday (Nov. 15) at 1:30 p.m. with this agenda item: "Public Employee Appointment Pursuant to Government Code §54957: City Manager". http://goo.gl/LdyV7b
