Monrovia Representatives Vote to Limit NSA Funds for Spying on Americans

Monrovia's congressional representatives, Grace Napolitano and Judy Chu, both voted in favor of an amendment to the Defense Appropriations bill, which would, according to this report, "have denied the NSA the ability to use funds for broad spying on Americans."
