Monrovia Assemblyman's First Bill Becomes Law

Assemblyman Chris Holden, who represents Monrovia, reports on Facebook that Governor Jerry Brown has signed Holden's first bill (AB72 http://goo.gl/L240b ), a housekeeping measure that provides that those elected to water districts will take office at noon on the first Friday in December following their election.
